Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at navrangjewelspvt.ltd@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Plot No. K-25 Sector-18 Noida, Pin code - 201301, India.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and  contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Not applicable on engraved, personalised products and Gold/Silver Coins.
  • Special Orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or Exchanged.
  • Shipping fees, duties and VAT/GST are not refundable.
  • Returns with missing original product certificate, copy of invoice, packaging, lab certification will not be processed.
  •  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Policy for Loose gemstone & Gemstone Jewellery

Any loose Gemstone or Custom gemstone jewellery created for you cannot be return of Money. You can however , Place a return request with 15 days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against further purchase on our website.

Policy For Refund of Diamond Jewellery.

Any Diamond jewellery will refunder at 75% of invoice value after the 15days return policy after deducting the applicable taxes.

Non Resizable items

Diamond & Gemstone eternity rings or ornate bands cannot be resized so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer can exchange your design within 15 days of the Full value only once. 

15 days return policy is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 day return  policy. In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference amount.

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel your jewellery order, we will deduct making charges of 25% of the total purchase price.
  • If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, we will deduct the certification cost from the purchase.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After 14 days you can only ask for partial or full refund if it's not possible to repair or replace the goods.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notes.

Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For Razorpay payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards;  For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
